Enhances any mixed greens, warm or cold seafood salad. Delightful with steamed crab!

1 tsp. chopped tarragon
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
2.5 tbs. lobster oil
sea salt & pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the vinegar, salt & pepper and lobster oil. Mix everything together and serve.
